Check out our New Look!

At the End User Conference in August, many of you were asking for access to more product information…well, your wish is our command!

Here are just a few highlights in terms of what we’ve done to enhance your user experience on www.avst.com.

New Features:

  • Tab format allows more content on home page
  • Resource Centers created for each product (UM, fax, speech, etc). Here is an example of the Call Processing Resource Center
  • Access to White Papers/Case Studies from the home page
  • Customer Quotes
  • Expanded META Data for each section/page to enhance search optimization
  • Categorized Case Studies by Product Feature Now, each case study has been identified in terms of content and how it applies to a specific product feature (UM, fax, voicemail, etc). This can be seen in each of the Resource Sections, as well as on the case study pages themselves.

Additional Features:

Dynamic Icon Building for Case Studies

For instance, when you view this case study, you see that we have categorized each of the case studies in accordance to the features of our product that apply. Additionally, if you MOUSE HOVER or CLICK on any of the icons, you are sent to the appropriate CallXpress Feature Resource Center.
