CX-E 9 Video Overview
AVST uniquely addresses the evolving communication demands of any business, including migration to the Cloud. To support the requirements of enterprise customers at any stage of their journey, we are pleased to introduce, CX-E 9. I’m Tom Minifie, CTO at AVST. Here’s a quick overview of our latest enterprise-class UC offering.
CX-E 9 can be deployed on-premise or in the Cloud. Any delivery model, any consumption model, and the flexibility to change your mind in the future. We call it the Power of Choice.
The scalability of CX-E is unmatched in our industry. CX-E 9 supports up to 60,000 users, 800 ports or channels and can store up to 5 million messages.
As Cloud adoption continues to accelerate with medium and large enterprises, AVST is pleased to offer multi-tenant capabilities. This speeds up the service provider’s ability to accommodate new customers quickly and economically, all while maintaining their privacy. CX-E 9 supports up to 100 tenants sharing the same system without the ability to see or interact with other tenants on the system.
With end-to-end secure messaging, privacy is assured throughout storage, transport and endpoints. CX-E 9 supports Microsoft’s Encryption File System (EFS). This provides transparent data encryption for messages stored on CX-E to protect confidential data from attackers with physical access to the servers.
Microsoft recently announced that Exchange Online Unified Messaging, as part of Office 365, will no longer be able to connect on-premise third-party PBXs to an Exchange Online UM environment. This has left many customers looking to AVST to provide them an alternative unified messaging offering. AVST allows customers to continue to use the Exchange and Office 365 UM Forms built into Outlook to ease this transition.
TeamQ for CX-E has been enhanced with call recording capabilities. You choose which teams and agents you want to record or allow agents to choose when to record a call. CX-E can now light the message waiting lamp on your phone whenever you have unread voice messages stored in Google Gmail. Looking to virtualize using Microsoft Hyper-V? CX-E 9 is now certified with Microsoft Hyper-V 2016.
With CX-E 9, you can use text notification as part of NotifyXpress. Use text notification NotifyXpress for campaigns with calls, text messages, or a mix of both. CX-E 9, Premise or Cloud, enterprise-class unified communications from AVST. Lean more at AVST.com.
