Did you know AVST is a member of NEC’s UNIVERGE Solutions Partner Program?  As a participant in the program, it is our goal to deliver products with tighter integration to NEC communication products.  This expands a relationship between AVST and NEC that spans more than 8 years, offering more choices, ease of use and return on investment for companies looking to upgrade their communications systems. The UNIVERGE Solutions Partner Program is a collaborative technical and marketing program established by NEC to create new solutions through integrating partner products (hardware and/or software) with NEC communication products.

FAST FACT: CallXpress is tightly integrated into the NEC product portfolio, supporting NEC TDM and IP telephony switches with the ability to support up to 10 integrations on a CallXpress system. NEC has also integrated their MA 4000 with CallXpress to provide system administrators with one application to manage user information across multiple communication applications.

This week (May 17-20), several AVST staff members, including President and CEO, Hardy Myers, will be on hand at the NEC User Group Conference to help celebrate the organization’s 25th Anniversary at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Chicago.  As an event exhibitor, AVST will be demonstrating the benefits of advanced call processing, voicemail, unified messaging, personal assistant, fax, speech and notification to increase user and business productivity.  Delivering on our commitment to educate the market on the benefits of Unified Communications, AVST will also be participating in a breakout session during the conference.

So, if you’re attending the conference, make sure to stop by booth 112 for a sneak peak of CallXpress 8, or mark your calendar for Monday,  May 18 , at 2:45 pm. to attend Hardy Myers’ presentation in the Malpensa Room entitled, "Ten Steps to Securing a Strong ROI on Your Legacy Voicemail Migration to Unified Communications."
