Don’t be shy…tell us your story!

In August 2008, we launched the AVST Community to help spread the word about the AVST family of products and provide a forum for loyal users to network with their peers.

We are looking for technology enthusiasts who are willing to share CallXpress success stories with their peers and provide feedback to the end user community.

IT/Telephony administrators around the globe are looking for ways to save money by leveraging their organizations’ existing technology investments. If you are charged with re-evaluating how your company communicates in order to help reduce corporate expenditures, you won’t want to pass over these cost cutting benefits of Unified Communications.

If you were one of the lucky CallXpress End Users who attended the 2008 CallXpress End User Conference, you know that AVST is committed to putting on a good show! In order to meet the growing needs of our loyal customers and exceed the expectations of last years’ participants, planning for the 2009 CallXpress End User Conference is already underway.

Next year’s event will provide even more training and small group breakout opportunities and we are in search of the perfect venue to make our 2nd annual event a huge success.

Which of these three locations do you think would be best for the 2009 CallXpress End User Conference?

Do you know that CallXpress can support four different message access technologies for BlackBerry users?

AVST will exhibit its innovations in unifying enterprise communications this week at VoiceCon San Francisco 2008.

On hand to meet with press and industry analyst is Denny Michael, AVST’s Vice President of Marketing. We’ve asked Denny to periodically report in on this year’s event and let us know what activities AVST will be participating in at the show. If you are attending VoiceCon, we’d love to hear from you…stop by our booth or submit a comment to this blog!

In the first of his two-part blog series, Neil Butler explores the benefits of Unified Messaging and sets the tone for his follow-up discussion on Unified Messaging deployment options and how they can meet your company’s storage, access and security needs.

Happy Quinquennial Anniversary, AVST!

On September 29th, AVST celebrated its 5th Anniversary, marking the date in 2003 when the company was created through the combination of AVT and Sound Advantage.

As the CEO of AVST, Hardy Myers was fortunate to be a part of that productive acquisition, and he has since had the pleasure of witnessing many additional significant corporate and product milestones during his tenure with AVST.

In this, his first journal post, Hardy reflects on the core principles of AVST and describes how they have led the company and the AVST Community to where they are today.
