Event FAQ
Who should attend the AVST End User Oasis?
The conference is intended for all AVST Customers.

Can more than one person attend from each company?
Yes, as many employees as you like may attend. Each one must complete a registration form and submit payment.

How do I register to attend?
Simply complete our online form at (insert registration link here) to register your attendance. An emailed confirmation will be sent to you with payment instructions included.

Do attendees make their own travel plans and do they pay their own expenses?
Yes, attendees must make their own plans and pay for their travel and expenses to and from Oasis, including hotel rooms. AVST is hosting all meeting and meals costs.

Has AVST secured any special hotel room rates for this event?
No, we are not holding a hotel room block for this event. In deference to your individual budgets we have selected a location that has numerous hotel options and pricing available to you.

May I bring a guest to the Oasis?
Guests are invited to attend the evening social events. There is a cost of $75 per guest. Due to insurance restrictions however, all guests must be 21 yrs.or older, no children are allowed.

What is the closest airport?
John Wayne Airport at Orange County is the closest airport or another option would be the Long Beach Airport if you are traveling via Jet Blue.

What is the conference attire?
Business casual is appropriate for all meeting days. October is generally mild weather in California and temperatures should range between high 60's to mid 70's.

Can someone from AVST tell me some funny Disneyland Facts?
Absolutely. Denny Michael shares all in this short video.

Travel Resources

In order to better accommodate flexibility with travel schedules and hotel options, AVST did not reserve a room block for this event. This means that you will be completely responsible for your hotel and air reservations.
