CMAS Contract Information

Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc, is a qualified and approved provider under the California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) program. 
This contract is utilized statewide by both California state and local government agencies under delegated authority from the Department of General Services.
The CMAS contracts are established using product prices from already existing competitively assessed and cost compared multiple award contracts. The product prices are from the federal General Services Administration (GSA) multiple award schedule program.

Mail Purchase Orders To: All contract purchase orders must show CMAS contract number #3-06-70-2375A and your reseller. AVST is the ordering and payment point for all system orders.

DGS Administrative Fee: The Department of General Serves (DGS) will bill each state and local agency directly an administrative fee for use of CMAS contracts. The administrative fee should NOT be included in the order total, nor remitted before an invoice is received from DGS. This fee is waived for purchase orders to California certified small businesses.
