The Customer Advisory Council (CAC) is comprised of AVST staff and a cross-section of CX-E customers. The mission of the CAC is to clearly define the business, service and technical requirements of the AVST User Group, and to provide advice regarding the nature and priority of AVST products, services and development efforts. Membership in the CAC is by invitation only. CAC officers will be elected each year by User Group members.
Participation in the CAC is voluntary and offers customers an opportunity to convey their recommendations and guidance to AVST marketing and product development groups. Membership in the CAC includes participation in online/conference calls and possible face-to-face meetings.
