CallXpress Customer Advisory Council

The CallXpress Customer Advisory Council (CAC) is comprised of AVST staff members and a cross section of CallXpress customers. The mission of the CAC is to clearly define the business, service and technical requirements of the CallXpress User Group, and to provide advice regarding the nature and priority of AVST products, services and development efforts. Membership in the CAC is by invitation only. CAC officers will be elected each year by CallXpress User Group members.

Our vision for the CAC is to have customers share:

  • The business challenges they face
  • The technology strategies they are pursuing
  • How they are using AVST solutions in the "real world"
  • The results they have achieved — and hope to achieve — with AVST's solutions
  • The solutions they need and expect from AVST
  • Reaction to AVST's current plans and future directions

What is expected of the CallXpress Advisory Council:

Participation in the CAC is voluntary and offers customers an opportunity to convey their recommendations and guidance to AVST's marketing and product development groups. Membership in the CAC requires participation in both online, conference call and face to face meetings (currently limited to one yearly event, the CallXpress End User Conference).
