Recent Updates to the AVST Forum:

"Solutions Forum" section renamed to "Products" for better clarity and usability.
The sub-forums that were previously under Solutions Forum have been moved out to be forums instead of sub-forums to reduce confusion and improve usability.
Additionally, it makes it easier to get notified of posts related to the products you care about. To receive e-mail notification on posts for a particular product, do the following:
- Click on the forum you wish to get e-mail notification for (e.g. Click on the CallXpress forum link if you want notification of new posts related to CallXpress).
- In the upper right corner, click on Forum Options and then select Watch This Forum.
- You will then receive an e-mail any time a new post is made in that forum.
We will begin moving posts to the most appropriate forum. For example, the many CallXpress related posts in the General Discussions forum will be moved to the CallXpress forum. The General Discussions forum is intended to be used for non-AVST related industry topics such as for discussing the Nortel acquisition by Avaya or asking a general IP telephony question about Quality of Service that another user might know the answer to.

AVST has decided to change the format of the CallXpress End User Conference in 2010 to ensure we provide as many customers as possible with the opportunity to connect and collaborate with their peers.
