    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.avst.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=114" rel="nofollow">dfarmer</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> fax types in 8.0<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23 Jun 2009 at 7:14am<br /><br /><P>Hi Arwa...</P><DIV>Inbound fax file formats are defined in the RightFax user Inbound Routing tab in RightFax Enterprise Fax Manager.&nbsp; Supported file formats are DCX, GIF, PCX, PDF, TIFF-G, and TIFF-G4.&nbsp; If routed to CallXpress, they may be viewed in Web PhoneManager.&nbsp; For a list of supported file formats that convert for outbound faxing, see the appendix in the RightFax Administrator's Guide or contact us below.&nbsp; JPEG conversion is standard, but PDF conversion requires the optional&nbsp;PDF Module.&nbsp; For files whose&nbsp;formats that do not directly convert, they can be printed to the RightFax print driver from any Windows application.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>- Dave</DIV>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.avst.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=57" rel="nofollow">sclaverie</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> Unified Messaging Problems<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10 Jun 2009 at 1:42pm<br /><br />This is a unique problem.&nbsp; We are an exchange campus with outlook as our client.&nbsp; I am able to receive messages in my inbox from outside callers and others on campus or from the VM system who <i>do not</i> use UM, <b>but</b> if someone is set up as a UM user in CallXpress and leaves me a message, I do not get their message in my inbox.&nbsp; What might be the conflict here.&nbsp; Any help would be appreciated.<br><br><br><br>]]>
