Session to Focus on Future of Wireless Services

Held September 16-19 at the Javits Center in New York, New York as a part of Interop New York, The Mobile Business Expo is an influential event that seeks to educate businesses on the opportunities presented and challenges faced when attempting to mobilize a business.  This year’s conference focuses on mobile devices and the mobile worker.

Moderated by Johna Till Johnson, President and Senior Founding Partner of Nemertes Research, the panel discussion “Defining the Future of Wireless Services: Network Neutrality and Open Access” will take place from 2:45 – 3:45 EST on Wednesday the 17th as part of The Mobile Business Expo’s Enterprise Wireless track. The Enterprise Wireless Track will explore key issues for network planners, operations staff, business wireless users and line of business managers who need to know how to best utilize wireless in business, government, and industries from finance to healthcare.   Questions to be discussed include:

  • Can wireless LAN infrastructures support voice, data, and more?

  • What role will the wired LAN play in an era dominated by mobility?

  • How will unified wired/wireless architectures ultimately define the future of enterprise connectivity?
