CallXpress is tightly integrated into the NEC product portfolio, supporting NEC TDM and IP telephony switches with the ability to support up to 10 integrations on a CallXpress system. NEC has also integrated their MA 4000 with CallXpress to provide system administrators with one application to manage user information across multiple communication applications.
