AVST UC Platform Delivers Mitel MCD Interoperability
Showcases the Next Generation of User Productivity at the Mitel Business Partner Conference
FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., June 25, 2013 – Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. (AVST), a leading provider of best of breed Unified Communications (UC) software, today announced that its CX-E UC platform has completed the first phase of the Mitel® third-party partner interoperability test certification process – Self-Assessment Testing (SAT). As a Mitel Solutions Alliance partner since 2004, AVST has demonstrated expertise integrating with Mitel's solutions. This designation indicates that, after a detailed validation process, Mitel Communications Director (MCD) using SIP and MiTAI protocols work seamlessly with CX-E mobile, voice and business process applications. Now that the SAT process is complete, AVST and Mitel will work toward completing the Mitel-Compatible Test (MCT) process.
