INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., April 30, 2012 – This week at the ACUTA Annual Conference 2012, Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. Located in booth #401 on the show floor at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis, AVST will conduct live sessions in four core areas:

During the conference, on May 2nd at 9:30 a.m. in rooms 201 - 203, Hardy Myers, President & CEO of AVST, will be speaking on the key megatrends driving the future of UC. Mark Reynolds, Associate Director at the University of New Mexico, will be accompanying Myers as a co-presenter. In this educational breakout session, Myers and Reynolds will provide best practices on how universities can prepare and incorporate these trends into their organization.
Following the breakout session, at 11:00 a.m. in room 209, Mike Berlin, AVST’s Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development, will address why mobility is accelerating the adoption of UC. In this session, AVST will discuss mobile solutions that drive productivity and embrace the “bring your own device” (BYOD) trend in today’s universities.
In addition, AVST will hold a Higher Education User Group meeting on April 30th at 10:30 a.m. in room 314 for all ACUTA members who are also AVST customers.
