Reception will replace Active Voice's Lingo® 1.0 and Lingo XL products in the United States that previously targeted the small business market.
Reception features proven Active Voice software used to power other successful Active Voice products. In addition, Reception will incorporate Dialogic® Voice Brick hardware for added reliability.
