Active Voice Offers New Mitel® IP Integration to its Repartee® for Windows® Unified Communications Solution
IP Integration Provides Lower Cost Messaging Solution for Enterprise Customers
The Repartee for Windows IP integration utilizes the Mitel telephony API to integrate to the 3300 ICP telephone system over a TCP/IP connection. Voice cards are no longer required for the Repartee for Windows system to integrate with the 3300 ICP, helping to reduce the overall cost of the messaging system.
"Our new Mitel IP-based integration further represents Active Voice’s commitment to delivering communications solutions that tightly integrate with both traditional and IP PBX’s," said Victor Foia, Active Voice’s president and chief executive officer. "As a global provider of communications solutions that support leading brand telephone systems, we are dedicated to providing our customers with messaging systems that help protect their investment in communications technology. We believe that this new IP-based integration to Active Voice’s powerful Repartee for Windows unified communications solution will help our customers cost-effectively migrate to IP telephony."
Stacey Tice from CBT Telecom in Portland, Oregon is an Active Voice reseller who has been field-testing Repartee for Windows version 2.4 for several weeks at a local law firm. He commented, "As a leading provider of Mitel products in the Northwest, we are very excited to see that Active Voice’s Repartee for Windows product now supports Mitel IP integration. We experienced a very quick and smooth installation and the law firm has seen a vast improvement in the connection speed of their new IP system. The clarity of messages has improved and there is less room for system failure as compared to their previous analog connection. Active Voice has developed a solid IP messaging system that will allow us to be more competitive in the market by offering our customers a lower cost communications solution."

"The MiSolutions Network is an important resource for Mitel distributors and resellers who are searching for ways to improve their solution portfolio," added Foia. "Active Voice’s membership in MiSN provides an additional resource for companies by enhancing the management and integration process of their Mitel telephone system in an IP environment."
